Welcome to Bankers Hours Coworking --

Bankers Hours is located in the historic Bank of French Broad building, built in 1922, in the heart of downtown Marshall. After a full renovation, the space proudly reopened in 2025 following Hurricane Helene, blending the building’s historic character with a modern coworking design.

Coworking is a flexible way to work—offering shared and private spaces tailored to today’s professionals. Whether you’re self-employed, remote, growing a small business, or simply need a change of scenery, Bankers Hours provides the environment, resources, and community you need.

Inside, you’ll find six private offices (contact us anytime to be added to the waitlist), plus a variety of flexible work areas: sit/stand desks in the open lobby, a comfortable lounge, and the preserved teller booth reimagined as a workstation.

Meeting Spaces

Hourly Office – $15/hour
A private office set up for 3–5 people or for solo use when you need extra quiet. Available to both members and non-members.

Wild Bunch Conference Room – $25/hour
Seating for 10 (with extra chairs available), Smart TV, whiteboard, and a private restroom. Available to both members and non-members.

Both spaces can be reserved directly through our app, giving you secure digital access and peace of mind that your meeting space will be ready when you are.

Member Perks

Every Now & Then Members: 2 free hours each month (usable in the Hourly Office or Conference Room)

Any Time Members: 4 free hours each month

Private Office Members: 4 free hours each month

Additional hours can always be booked at the standard hourly rate.
